Always struggling at the beginning of the week? Want to do something that isn't prepping on a Sunday? Let us help you start the week right. Choose

  • 2 meals and 1 post workout meal per day. You can customise your meals anyway you want i.e. 3 ready meals OR 1 breakfast & 2 salads OR 2 ready meals & 1 salad.

When you add to cart you will be given the option to customise your meal prep. Our menu including macros is here

PLEASE READ! COLLECTION AND ORDER DETAILS: 

  • If choosing a 5 day plan meals must be collected twice on a Sunday and Wednesday.
  • Pick ups on Sunday between 12pm-4pm (we can keep your food until Monday morning if you'd prefer)
  • Pick ups on Wednesday between 12pm-7pm 
  • To collect on Sunday orders must be in before 23:59 on Friday
  • To collect on Wednesday orders must be in before 23:59 on Monday
