Our meals are freshly prepared and will stay fresh for 3 days if kept refrigerated. The ‘Use By’ date will be displayed on the packaging.

We have a number of meals that are suitable for sufferers of various allergies. If you check our menu each meal has a list of allergens. Please note, our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts and sesame.

We deliver throughout most of mainland UK on Sunday.
We deliver local Edinburgh orders ourselves between 3pm and 5pm on Sunday.
For delivery on a Sunday, orders need to be in before midnight on Thursday. Our meals are freshly prepared to order, so this order deadline allows us time to do the “shopping” and cooking, whilst ensuring your ingredients are as fresh as possible.
As your meals are fresh, our couriers are under strict instructions to deliver them on the assigned delivery day. If you are not in when they attempt delivery, they will be left in the safe place you specify during checkout.
No! If you buy one of our subscription packages your order will automatically repeat each week. You can change/cancel your meals by logging in to your account.
With a subscription, your order will repeat automatically each week – meaning you won’t miss out on your meals due to forgetting to order by the deadline!

You can change your meals by logging into your account, going to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and editing your upcoming order. Remember that the order deadline also applies to making changes.
If you need to pause your subscription for any reason, you can do this easily from your account. You can then easily unpause when you’re ready to start receiving your meals again.
You can also cancel your subscription from your account – we hate to see you go, but we don’t make you call us to cancel!
