One for those who are serious about their health. Everything you need for a full month of prep. 4 meals and a snack or soup per day. Please note meal prep is for Monday - Friday, a full month covers 20 days of food excluding weekends.

This is a running order. You will receive the same meals per week for the 4 weeks. If you would like to make any changes to your order you can email them to orders@gramsedinburgh.com

When you add to cart you will be given the option to customise your meal prep. Our menu including macros is here

4 Meals - 3 meals and 1 post workout meal. You can customise your meals anyway you want i.e. 4 ready meals OR 1 breakfast & 3 salads OR 3 ready meals & 1 salad.

PLEASE READ! COLLECTION AND ORDER DETAILS: 

  • If choosing a 5 day plan meals must be collected twice on a Sunday and Wednesday.
  • Pick ups on Sunday between 12pm-4pm (we can keep your food until Monday morning if you'd prefer)
  • Pick ups on Wednesday between 12pm-7pm
